The county auditor's records show an address for this property owner as Lien Forward Ohio. Does that mean that this property is owned by Mahoning County?
The owner listed also has seven other properties in Mahoning County, four of which give a Lien Forward Ohio address, two forfeited to the STate of Ohio, and one in foreclosure.
How much money was this chop shop paying to the owner and is this how carefully our tax collectors keep track of properties on which taxes are owed.
