12,000 empty lots and 1,000 abandoned homes? Holy cow! No wonder crime is so rampant. You can search for the just the right house to set up your crack den.

This isn't even counting abandoned, vacant commercial buildings.

now i've seen it all. on today's edition of the vindy, this orange beat up house is on the front page. now if the "genius" that took this photo actually gave a damn, they'd realize this house and others around it are either drug houses or havens for these cracked out fiends to "hang out". instead of talking about this problem about these good for nothing houses, tear down these havens and fast. if you fix it up, more dope dealers will move in anyway. and of course, since these damn dope-dealers literally run the city, what is the use in police protection? if this reporter wants a real scoop, take a look at this area by lansing, valley, and east high on any given day, especially after 3pm. these @#$%& are out peddling that heroin, crack, you name it. check out 434, 433, 426 lansing. oh my god these fools are out in full force peddling that crap. you want a real scoop? these addresses were put on the chiefs' desk on last week as nuisances. who the hell wants to live on this block with all this dope dealing, and all those "mules" riding those damn bikes as lookouts for the man. i'm really mad now 'cause this vindy paper prints this photo and all these damn dope houses surround "it". now i've spoken, lets see what's done now. i am the difference maker, now lets see if the city can make a difference!

Go to www.mahoningcountyauditor.org and do a property search for the addresses you listed. I bet you dollars to doughnuts the owners do not live at those addresses. Maybe you could look up their names in the phone book. Maybe you could call them directly and anonymously from a pay phone. Maybe you could come back and tell us what they say.

Hey Vindy, why don't you call the Chief and ask if he's going to respond to the complaints about these addresses.

to reply to the difference maker and others sick of these dope houses, and all this goddamned crime, i too, have called vice about these dope houses in this block. but after 6-7 months of no replies, i unfortunately moved to boardman. i hated this block so damned much, i had to dip. fyi, i did report the names of the owners to vice and oh yes, they live in these houses that permit this drug usage and selling. i also complained to gillam, our esteemed councilman, but of course he's useless like a water gun at a 2 alarm blaze. so that tells you something right there. hell, all he's concerned with is downtown nad getting his name in the news. sap! hey y'all that still live in that area hang on. i hope help is on the way. but will some of our elderly or patrons at the royal oaks have to get robbed, beaten up or killed by these thugs/fiends befor the chief, mayor, press get of their asses and do something? y'all have the power, these folk don't. i'm ghost!
