This article reads like a campaign to allow "Big Brother" to enter private information regardless of reason. Now if Janice, the new girlfriend, wanted check up on her new choice of boy freinds than all she have to do is check the school's data program. Of course if we need data on Joe Student than we need data on Joe Student's family. So if Joe's momma bought some perscription drugs or Joe's daddy had a certain operation all this will be available because the "Law" says a certain white boy's profile demands it. I'm black and can't buy that bill of goods. How in the world do you think Mr. Millionare will allow this suggestion through fear tactics. Mr. or should I say Ms. Nerd, find another way to dip into someone private life. Find another source of prevention because this one will not fly. This was so under handed it will cause a terrorist to bust up laughing.

Once again our privacy means nothing. These are just more scare tactics. I'm Black and I don't think it is fair to label white kids this way. My son went to Austintown Fitch, and was treated good. I fear the gun play in the city worse than anything. Murder is common in youngstown. What can they do to stop the shootings that happen regularly? Insted of speculating on things that have not occured.
