I 've talked to Senator Stever who sponsored the Instant Race Machine bill that passed the Senate, I talked to Rep. Sietz who is pushing the same bill in the House, Where it still sits. Charles Ruma Put Skill Games in Columbus Track, Beuhler park, along with River Downs to make a point, that if Bars and gas stations can have Games of Skill so can the tracks. I don't like games of Skill on every corn there are not Regulated or Taxed. I know that the Manufactures offered the state $1000 a year per machine in taxes at 40,000 machines, thats $40 million dollars. That a lot of good that could be done for seniors and schools. but the state must not need it. My Idea to save the Horse Tracks, add to the Instant Race Bill,# Hr 118, No Skill games with Cash payouts, except in the Ohio Horse racing Tracks. The simulcast bill passed under Taft when he just didn't sign it, it became law in 10 days. Tell goveror Strickland, just don't sign the instant race bill, go on vacation Ted!!! The Harness ass. said he want to be Hillary's VP , like thats going to happen, he's trying to carry the state for her in 08. (NO Slot, No Hillary) SAVE Ohio Horse Racing Industry give them the Instant Race Machines. Oh With Indiana getting Slots in 08, Now I Read, the Governor of Michgan wants slots in her Tracks Too. When Valley View Slots & Track, is Built in 08 on Rt 442 between New Castle 12 miles from the Ohio Line That along with Presque Isle, and The Meadow 30 Miles south of Pittsbaugh and the Pittsbaugh casino to open in 08. Thats 4 locations on Eastern Border. THERE NO DUMB are we!
