And your comments sound like pre-school.
You can say whatever you like, but DON'T blow your carcinogenic cigarette smoke on me, and DON'T tell me where publicly I can or cannot go!
Because 'other' things cause death and high ins. prem. does that mean we should just forget about the effects of smoking?
BTW, drinking alcohol is LEGAL, but if you harm me while you are intoxicated you are liable.
Also; driving is LEGAL, but if you injure me with your car you are liable...Get the drift?
82% of Ohioans do not smoke and that's who passed the smoking ban; sorry, it's a democratic society.
