Well, the only displinary action that we should be satisfied is the complete dismissal of this officer. Remember, what if the next time he were to deside to use his gun????? He obviously can not make good judgements when under pressure and sets an unsatisfactory example for anyone who is able to carry a gun. The general public is not safe when people are armed and turned loose. Keep up the presure until this monkey is gone, fired, rendered impotent. He has not got the feds looking into law enforcement in our area. You can thank this moroon for more negative national attention for the valley!

This guy will get to keep his job. The police union, regardless of the charges(short of murder) will always see discipline of one of their own as an attack on all of them. They don't realize how standing up for the likes of Kovach undermines their own credibility.Witness the fact that one of the charges against him was denying a man his constitutional rights for which the police chief decided was worth 10 days suspension without pay. God bless america indeed.

i might not like cops, but screw her. she was drunk, lied, and ran. she didn't obey his commands. he should have shot her. a white cop shoots a white woman. talk about headlines! maybe if the po-po set an example of her, these thugs on the streets might get the message. i say shoot first and ask questions later. too many bleeding heart liberals out there standing up for our "rights". how about our rights to take over the streets. drugs, gangs, murders... if we let the cops run freely and do what's right, maybe we would live in a better place.

oh ya... there is no reason to spellcheck my semi-blog. i could care less.
as for the cop, i'd pay him to do it again if i could see it in person. that had to be funny as hell!

Enough is enough.......leave the cops alone. They know how to handle their jobs. First the teachers were targeted......NOW you see because they can't discipline what society has to deal with. So now, cops are supposed to sit on their hands too?? Isn't this politically correctness going too far? Or for you who think this is a good thing......good luck......don't come crying when it happens to you.

This corrupt cop will always be welcomed at one of our local prisons, where we abuse murder, and rape inmates on a daily basis and get promoted for doing dirty deeds.

Anyone defending this cop has got to have some scruples missing. He tased her 16 times!! He's just another cop that thinks he can do just about anything and get away with it. Like he couldn't subdue her....wtf....what would he do if he had to take control of a guy? Shoot him with a gun lets say 20 times???
