After reading this i was pretty much scared. I had almost the same thing happen to me about a week ago. I was at the Wendy's in Boardman on 224 when a man came up to me and told me he read feet and asked to read mine. I thought he was a safe man and harmless. he then looked at them asked to massage them and began to get closer. I told him to stop it and leave and he left and apologized for scaring my foot.i didnt call the police or anything as i thought it was nothing. then hearing that it happened again to some one else was really odd. If any one has information as to wether this is the same guy as reported in the library incident send me an email .

That's just creepy. It's bad enough we have idiots thumping around in their bass mobiles, a murder rate that is sky high and more robberies than we can count but now we have this sick guy.

If someone tried to suck my toes, I would kick them in the teeth. Mainly because I am so doggone ticklish. I wouldn't scream, I would laugh hysterically!!
