The City Counsil of Girard has apparently begun to take steps to create an ordinance to ban exotic animals within the city of Girard. I find this to be a violation of our rights. I own my home, therefore I should be able to keep whatever kind of animal I want. I understand that some aminals are dangerous, but if they are kept in the confines of your own property why would it be of ant consiquence the the city.

People in y-town own their homes too,so, Why can't they own Pitt Bulls? We live in a dictatorship. The owners of the tatoo shop should find the one who called about the monkey's, and whoop her a$$! Watch Out Killer Monkey's may overtake Girard! Call the National Guard!

Was there a complaint, yes. Was there some concern, yes. That is all we are addressing here," he said.

Be careful of those complaints! Do those people really live in your community? Those complaints are coming from people who have been brain washed by the animal rights movement - terrorism. Animal rights activists feel captive bred exotic animals should be ripped away from their human families, and set free in an environment they know nothing of. To ship an animal to an unknown environment is sure death for that animal, they have lost their natural instinct to survive.
How about if we introduce an ordinance to the area that would reflect on domestic animals? 3 cats and 2 dogs spayed/enutered, breed specific, and size restriction?
No german shepards, no dobermen pinchers, no bull dogs, no pit bulls, no collies, no great danes, no rottweilers, for the banning of breed specifics. These are the animals that inflect more injuries and deaths among children and young adults.
You can not just look at one breed of animal, without looking at all breeds of animals. Now isn't that absurd? This is what the animal rights agenda is!
And you are falling right into their trap!

You idiots are always yelling about YOUR freedom. But what you seem to forget is that your freedom ends where other people's freedom begin. This country has almost "freed" itself to death. You animal idiots seem to think that all you have to yell is MY RIGHT. Well, guess what? You are not the only ones with rights. If you want to own "exotic" animals, take your ass out to the country side. Over the years I've had to live around fools like you who want to keep an excessive number of vicious dogs, teams of cats, roosters, a goat, and even a peacock. The noise and smells from these animals is more than an annoyance. It violates MY RIGHT to sit on my porch and not smell pungent animal funk and to sleep beyond 4:45 a.m. when some fools rooster decides it's time to wake everyone up.

I see that Girard is just chocked full of trash. It used to seem like a nice community. Guess not.

Pungent animal funk? Poor baby. I agree with anything you say. After that, you can't be disputed! See I never knew or thought about that part. Filth and odor left by owners of these stinky a$$ animals. Nobody can argue with Pugent Animal Funk. Sounds like a Band. LOL.

They will throw shyt at you. Especially orangutangs. What kind of filthy beast wants a damned nasty assed monkey? And knowing the way white people let dogs "kiss" them on the mouth and eat out of their dishes, Good God! I wonder what diseases these two freaks and their "babies" are passing back and forth. NASTY.

Take a sledgehammer, break down the door, shock the monkey, throw it out in the red rain.

“In your eyes” and “Perspective” that may be the thing to do, but I say take him to “san Jacinto” up on top of “ Solsbury Hill” and go “Digging in the dirt”. This “Exposure” these people got over this “Animal Magic” has created some “Steam” “On the Air” ’Big Time”, wouldn’t you say?
