Now I remember when this Dr. Dew story first hit. The board was full of sympathizers swearing up and down he was innocent. Now it turns out he's just a full blown pervert. I hope they put him away.

At it again. You are being ignored because the truth hurts. This country lets doctors abuse mental patients in institutions like it is nothing! He is a pervert and Dawn Freddy Krugar is not capable of doing her job and should go to hell! She can railrode the hell out of an innocent person though.

This is absolutely ludicrous. The original sexual battery charges were dropped because the the evidence that no crime occurred was so obvious that the trial judge, Judge Krichbaum, dismissed the charges. You can check that on the docket of the online Mahoning Court internet site.

The prosecutors have brought rape charges based on the same charges as the sexual battery. They will be dropped as well.

Go through the yellow pages and pick the name of any doctor and put him on the front page of the paper and on TV with false accusations of a sex crime and see how many scam artists and flim flams come out of the wordwork. These false accusers and opportunists will be shown to be liars as well.

What will be interesting is how well the prosecutors Paul Gains and Dawn Krueger will survive when it is demonstrated that they are guilty of witness tampering, prosecutorial misconduct, malicious prosecution, and numerous violations of Dr. Dew's Constitutional rights.

For all of the weak minded who still believe that people who are accused are always guilty, go here:

Notice how the accused was treated by law enforcement. Was he treated as if he were "innocent until proven guilty"? How about the liars who told him that they had DNA evidence that proved he was guilty?

Don't be too surprised when this one ends the same way.

The horrific point of this case is the behavior of the prosecution and law enforcement, who are willing to commit perjury, witness tampering, intimidation, conspiracy, and various other felonies in their attempt to lynch Dr. Dew.

Matlock,

Nice to know that you have first person knowledge of the events surrounding the case.

Unfortunately, you won't be reading in the newspapers when the charges are dropped. Just like you didn't read when the sexual battery charges were dropped.

Right Mr. Moore?

I'll bite. Who would want to pin rape charges on this guy, and why.

Mahoning county would like to pin it on him. It was amazing timing that they brought the charges at the same time as a Boardman police officer was being investigated for gross sexual imposition with a 15 year old girl. They did this to cover themselves. The media coverage went to this story instead of the police officer. Mahoning county has a long history of corruption and it continues today. Now they are making this case last as long as possible so he can no longer afford decent legal representation. The prosecution knows, along with the women bringing these allegations, that if this goes the whole distance Dr. Dew will win.

Anyone who has ever come into contact with Dr. Dew knows what a great man he is. I have had close personal contact with Dr. Dew. I have had the privilege of seeing him in many situations, and have never seen anything but respect for those he is dealing with. If everyone were to treat others the way that Dr. Dew does this would be a much better world.

It is sad that we have people on this planet who would sell out someone like Dr. Dew because they think they can make money off of it. I really don't know how people who make allegations like this can live with themselves. They sacrifice a great person's reputation and career for a botched attempt to make money. If they had a soul they would drop all the of charges right now and let this man go on with his life.
