The entertainment? Was a video that was made beforehand, friends (supposidly) saying thanks, and some band I never heard of, well if you want to call it a band. I got a candy bar for a favor..whewee! Bocecceri wasn't there, some woman (mitilda, i think was her name) spoke in his place, Bocecceri's secretary I believe. Cash Bar!
What else do you want to know, the menu? It was 'mostly' Mamula's family. He has a rather large family.
Anything else, I wasn't in the parking lot. But I must admit, I did go to both doings, I was also on the other side at Ungaro's doing.

I totally agree. But you've evidently been gone awhile, or you would know that Mr. Mamula loves a (if you will) circus. He's notorious for calling the press for every single little thing that he does. He loves the limelight. I guess he had to have one last blast from the press. Hopefully, that's it from him. Might I add, that he looked old and awful on the news, kind of felt sorry for him. And 300 people isn't really many considering city, state and county were there.

He never contacted any media. They chose to be there.

BTW, how come no one hears about stocker's waste of money on this witch-hunt. He'd BETTER NOT CHARGE THE CITY. I want a complete report of their findings.

There was no band. No one said there was a band. This was not a wedding, it was an appreciation dinner. Boccieri was called out of town - he does work for YOU - at the last minute, loser. Ryan and Hagan were there. If YOu knew anything about politics and YOUR reps, you would know alternates are routinely sent to functions. But you would not know that. You are stuck in your own mentality (lack of) and cannot see outside of your own ward. Mamula's family consisted of about 40 people. Apparently you don't believe in a family attending something like this, but they do. Ordinarily at a function such as this (which no one in this area to my knowledge has ever had), it is bare bones with no entertainment or (as you say) favors. Many things were donated by friends and not necessary but were a nice touch.

You are one of those people who will vote for someone if you get a free spaghetti dinner. You're a siphon and a liar.

So you went to both events? OK, fine, DO tell US the menu.

It was not a fundraiser. And people paid to attend. Some peple like free macaroni and others like a class evening spent with classy people. You obviously were not there. Unless, of course, you can tell more details..

Yes, there was a wonderful video. SO, if you were there, tell us who was on the video and WHAT THEY SAID.....

oh, supposidly (sic) is spelled wrong.

I was there and he looked fabulous! YOU felt sorry for him? Why? He had a blast and so did all of the attendees. As he said 'so much intelligencia is in this room'...That was really correct! YOU were not one of the intelligent folk. It was a wonderful event richly deserved by a man who served the community well.

When your guy finishes, betcha no one throws him a party - no one would attend, anyway, much less someone like Ryan. He does not even know anyone beyond Struthers. He'll never have a proclamation from anyone.

I went through archives today and looked for legislation bills authored by stocker and could not find anything.

Could someone here give me some information? He was on council for quite some time and yet his record is empty. Please share if you have some facts. I'm depending on his supporters to educate us. I did not vote for him because I found nothing, but maybe I overlooked something.

Thanks.

When you talk about 'charging' the city, stocker is using his own money to sue mamula and some members of council...on the other hand, mamula and those council members are using city attorneys, in which the citizens are paying for them.
Witch hunt? we'll see when the report comes back, i personally can't wait.

Yes we will see. YOU need to get a life. Evil people always assume others are evil. You personally can't wait because you thrive on the negative. I feel sorry for you, ma'am.

I highly doubt he's paying anything to anyone - I bet those attorneys are working on contingency. When he loses (and he WILL lose) they lawyers (and Stocker) get nothing. How appropriate.

This person Deluca who wrote to the Journal is a guy who is misinformed as to Robert's Rules of Order. The Council President was actually very kind in not throwing him out earlier. You do NOT go to meetings and act ignorant; you have respect. I admire Mayor Mamula for tolerating the audience rants without reaction. Stocker looked anxious, indicating he also wants the rants to stop; he cannot hide his feelings. To that end: Stocker said he is a mayor of CHANGE: HE said CHANGE IS GOOD. That was his mantra.

Mr. Stocker needs to support the wishes of the public and support the Council President by not allowing the meetings to be derailed by people who waste the time of HIS other constituents. He 'reports' to the citizens. I resent going to meetings where the Mayor coaches his buddies to delay meetings with fanatic rants.

I also resent the comment(s) about Mr. Yemma going out of his area to speak - as mentioned by Deluca. YOUR auditor buddy set that precedent. YOU cannot have it both ways, Deluca.

Finally, Deluca, don't even try to give Stocker credit for any - as YOU say - final touches - what a joke - grant. STOCKER DID ALL OF THAT IN A MONTH????? Anyone with half a brain knows Mamula did ALL of that work. Do you know what you are saying? You underestimate the people outside of those meetings and IN those meetings. Do you honestly think anyone will give Stocker credit for anything MAMULA HAS DONE? Do not play that game.

YOU and your ilk are already setting up Stocker to fall on his face. Stocker has written NO grants and deserves no credit.
