A formal complaint has just been filed with the Inspector General of the Department of Justice about criminal misconduct and perjury in the Traficant case.
The complaint concerns:
Asst. US Attorney Craig Morford
DC attorney (and former Asst. US Attorney) John Nassikas
J.J. Cafaro

Save the rhetoric. All of us aren't buying his crap. He's right where he belongs. Besides, he had his chance in court with competent counsel. Traficant needs to rot right where he is.

2) Traficant had NO counsel ... he acted as his own attorney ... and Morford indicted Detore, the witness whose testimony has caused jurors to change their minds ... and whose testimony is finally going to be revisted by Congressmen by virtue of being linked at www.cylab.org with the forthcoming Homeland Security scandal at Carnegie Mellon.
