I think that Hall is a monster and he should be put in a cage that is to small with no food or water like he did to those poor goats. Why do people like that exist?

those poor animals.. why do people get pets when they treat them like this.
such a shame those pets suffered. i agree let him starve with no food or water and see how he likes it
