Im a friend of the family. I think what Kennth Biros did to Tami was unthinkable.Now for him to want to live.That is very outragous.He has no clue what he did to her family.All he thought about was him self, no one else.He is a selfish man.How could he ever think about asking for clemencey.As of today the Parole Bored denied Biros plea for clemency,something they do on a daliy bases.Govenor Strickland's job should be easy.All i have to say is thank you to any one who send letter to the Parole Bored and also to Govenor Ted Strickland.
