In regards to the improper hiring of Dorothy Johnson......there is an article about her a couple of years back by Patricia Meade titled "Deputy is put on leave for probe". This article should be reprinted due to the current lawsuit. Deputy Johnson's version of a police incident differed from what Youngstown City Police saw.
