We keep hearing about this project but nothing is happening. It seems that the very optimistic words of the leaders and consultants of this project are just that - words. Has anything happened in the four years this project has been in existance?? All the people involved that are touting it should put up their own money,start buying property and build. Maybe if something, anything were built, it may bring in other people. Otherwise its all talk.

Quoting the local Henne Youngman, none other than the Bull Moose - "We were promised pie in the sky, but all we get is the hole in the doughnut".

I agree with aytos. prior to infrastructure investment, I would secure purchase agreements from prospective buyers. that's the only true and realistic market study. enough of the studies!

If it was such a viable idea free markets would have made it happen already.
