No need to apologize (and nobody is saying racist comments), but not many people have heard of Kyle Veris. He is a walk on for the Galaxy and was mentioned Sports Illustrated as being the lowest paid players on the team and rooming with 3 other people. He is a defender so to try to PROVE that Kiki is a better player is impossible. I feel that Kiki is a better player, but Veris has had more opportunities coming from an affluent area of NE Ohio. Whereas, Kiki got his first lessons in soccer from the amazing program of "Soccer in the Streets". (I don't know how I know all this?) And it is true that Kiki had offers from clubs in Europe, Kyle wasn't, but Kyle is playing in the MLS, Kiki isn't........there is no way to PROVE that either is better, but from seeing both of them play...Kiki is far better! Opinions are going to differ, but I see no point in wasting time with someone who has nothing better to do but try to antagonize the soccer supporters from the Valley.

This is not sad it is pathetic, the new Maurice Clarrett is here, and the worst part is this is not the first time he messed up a great chance. In high he was reportedly offered a chance to go to Europe for a well known team as a development player but the rumor has it that the man who had a big part in building the Mooney rep (which in the 90's was considered an easy win on a crap filed in a park somewhere in Youngstown) told him he owed him for getting him into Mooney and was to stay and basically do what he did, bring state championship honors to Mooney. This is just as much his fault as the adults around him, all the adults who interveined and said that they had his iunterests in ind were wrong, it was always about them and what they could get out of the kid, then you oare suporised ewhn he cracks. Makes you wonder who the adults in the story really were.

More kids from Mooney went pro??? Funny, but I can't think of many. Muransky is about the only football player that made an impact and that impact was minimal with the Raiders. Yet, I can think of many from outside that morally inept bastion of corruption. Why is anyone surprised? Just another in a long list of Mooney grads gone bad.
