Hey Everyone,

Just wondering what everyone was thinking about the current Sheriff's race in Trumbull County with Consiglio and Altiiere? I think this time Consiglio has a good shot at winning and has good idea's for the area. What's your opinion?

Tom Altiere is the better man in this race. Joe Consiglio can not even manage his department's budget and is to top heavy. Joe needs to retire. The only reason why he is running is that almost every county position held are people from NILES. "THAT IS NOT GOOD FOR THE COUNTY".Tom Altiere has kept the Sheriff's department going with the lowest budget in the state of Ohio. Joe has the time to retire and has a great retirement. Joe's doing this for power only. He has promise jobs for his captain naples, former chief Bluedorn thats been let go from the sheriff's department how many times and finally former chief Montgomery that retired from the sheriff's department also.We need fresh faces and younger people. Tom Altiere is doing that and more, saving the people of Trumbull county tax money. Joe will be wasting tax payers money, first hiring these guys on top. ALTIERE WILL WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boy are you dreaming. Altiere is on his way out and it won't be soon enough considering the mess he has created. Talk about a great argument for term limits Sheriff Altiere is it. He has lost touch with the voters and only reacts after his games are made public by the media.

Just look at the outrageous raises he tried to sneak by and only "took them back" after they were brought to the publics attention.

Elect Consiglio for a Sheriff that will rid the department of the waste.

Altiere is by far the better choose. We need to keep the most qualified in this case. His education alone far surpasses Consiglio's. We have not run out of jail space in Trumbull Co. Think about it, it is the County Commissioners that set his budget and he still makes ends meet.

Consiglio has had a hard time with just Weathersfield and the few problems there.

AND the number one reason to vote for Altiere; anyone who is hated by, misreported by and slandered by the Tribune as much as Altiere is MUST be doing things correctly.

If people THINKFIRST, Altiere will win.

Take the hint... Consiglio has done such wonderful things with weatherfield in his time there, better than what altiere has done.. Look at him.. He has more sexual discrimation cases against him that you could possibly imagine, he is not taking care of the people... And as far as budget, check the records guys from one who works downtown warren.. Altiere has gone over budget on many occasions... If anyone was at the democratic endorcement then you can see that altiere was so blown away by consiglio he couldn't even get a good speech off the ground... let's keep that in mind... It's Time for a Change.

Your right, Altiere is the best man for the job. Look at his qualifications alone, Masters degree in business managment, taught college, many years as chief of police in howland, and who knows how many classes to better his job beyond that.... Consiglio has little schooling, can't manage his department, never goes to work. What kind of man is that to run the county. It is the same thing everytime an election comes up, Altiere tells the public what he has done and what is to come with Trumbull County and Consiglio just slings mud because he has no clue what to do. If he can't manage his own department, how could he even think about managing a county.

I have known Joe Consiglio for years, he lives by me and believe me he can not do the job as sheriff. Joe can not manage his department and spentlast summer on the golf course at squaw creek and not at work. At least Tom Altiere is at work everyday and will talk to anyone who will come to the sheriff's department and talk to him. Joe is not the right guy for the job. Altiere has more experience that job and has done a great job for Trumbull county. Come March my family and I will vote for Tom Aliere, he has done a great job. Thank you

Hey Guys check your records. It kind of sad when trumbull county jailers don't even know what there boss looks like, the only time they see him is when he is in the paper or on the TV. and as far as consiglio's private life.. Well why don't you call weathersfield and get the exact details. Some people just need to mind there own business. Especially Noisy Neighbors!!!!!!
