A Win For Marvin

I never cared for Robin Thicke so this court judgment felt good to me. For him to claim that he didn’t steal Marvin’s “material” only his “feel” is ridiculous.

"While Mr. Williams' lawyer suggested in his closing argument that the world would come to an end, and music would cease to exist if they were found liable, I still see the sun shining," Busch said. "The music industry will go on."

Edit: Too me this sounds like an admission that entertainers today have been stealing old rhythms for quite some time. I guess this is another example of the differences between entertainer and artist.
