So how soon till the crappie start hittin?

Where's a good place to find em'?

Tried the causeway at mosquito once last year, didn't have any luck. Somebody was sayin ponds are the best bet.

Are the fish in mosquito safe to eat yet? Is there still a lot of sewage draining into the lake?

Got a little 12 ft aluminum with a 9 on the back, only had it out once since I got it a few yrs ago. Hopefully able to get out more this year.

Salem Reservoir down by Guilford Lake. Only a few dollars a day, stocked with everything, electric only. It's a great secret spot to fish.

What do you think works best for crappie? Guy at work was sayin he uses salmon eggs on a treble hook.

I thought walleye were most active in the summer. Have to give it a try. Went on a charter on Lake Erie for walleye once, good eatin. Don't remember much about the trip though, caught my limit in fish, and beer. Had one hell of of a sunburn too.

If you want to catch fish and have good time doing it, a Lake Erie charter is perfect.
